How we began...

On March 2007, Architects Jonash and Jen Pantangco started a Design and Construction company, J Pantangco Builders Inc., which specializes in high-end, mixed-use establishments. But in order to cater to a wider range of clients, the couple decided to separate the Design and Management services from Construction on October 2010, thus the creation of Architectural Intelligence or ArkIntel Design +.
