This includes: 1-hour virtual consultation with a Professional Designer.
A consultation service that will help you envision the possibilities of your structure or space. This is best if you just want an idea of what design concept you should go for.
Options are as follows:​
A. Architectural Concept
˃ Concept board (1 revision), Design Pegs, Finishing Material Pegs with Suppliers to Source from. ˃ Probable Additional Service: Exterior Perspectives in four sides exterior views.
B. Interior Idea
˃ Vision board (1 revision), Furniture layout, Finishing Material Pegs with Suppliers to Source from. ˃  Probable Additional Service: Perspectives, 3D renders of the layout, Customer- Design Furniture.

A. Architectural Face Lift​
˃ We’ll help you update your old structure without major changes. It’s for when you don’t want to compromise the structural integrity of the existing structure but want to have a fresher look out of the old. ˃ You will be given: a Swatch Board, 3D perspectives (2 rounds of revisions), Sourcing and purchasing services, Professional Day visit with an Arkintel Design Professional.
B. Interior Styling
˃ With this service, we’ll help you update your indoor spaces without any permanent changes affecting the architectural, structural, electrical, sanitary, and mechanical elements. ˃  You will be given: Vision Board (2 revisions), 3D perspectives, Sourcing and Purchasing services, and Styling day with an Arkintel Design Professional.
A. Architectural Design​
˃ Is our top-tier option. ˃  We will work with you from design inspiration to the creation stage. ˃  We will work closely with you to ensure the approved design is implemented perfectly. ˃  You will be given: Architectural Design Documents necessary for Subdivision, LGU, or Bank Loan requirements. Sourcing and purchasing services, Coordination with Contractors, Lighting, Power, and Water Pressure Testing with a Professional Architect.​
B. Interior Design
˃ Is another Comprehensive Service option. ˃  We will work with you from creating a Design Concept to the Construction stage. ˃ We will work closely with you to ensure the approved Interior Design is built to perfection. ˃  You will be given: Vision and Swatch board, Interior perspectives, Sourcing and purchasing services, Custom design furniture, Coordination with specialty contractors, Set up day with Arkintel design team, A3 sized Floor Plan, Reflected Ceiling Plan, Elevation, Section and Interior Details.​
C. Specialty Design and Services
˃ Landscape, Lighting, Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Protection, Structural, and Plumbing Designs. ˃ Project Management.​
